In some recent cases we have experienced processing and shipping delays due to COVID-19. We thank you for your patience during these unknown times!

Free Shipping Promotions: 

Free shipping using a discount code or other promotion only applies to domestic ground shipments in the contiguous United States. 


Tracking Information:

You should receive a notification via email or Facebook with your tracking information once your order ships. You can also access your shipping information through your VOORMI account on voormi.com.

 

Shipping Options:

There will be a heavy goods surcharge for large orders in addition to the below listed charges.

Ground Shipping: Ships via UPS.

PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS. 

Expedited Shipping: Ships via UPS 2 Day (Ships Monday through Friday)

Order must be placed by 12pm (Noon) Mountain Time for 2nd day delivery.

Expedited Shipping is for physical addresses only; this service is not available for PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

International Shipping: Ships via USPS Priority International service.

This is a shipping charge only - duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due at the time of delivery.  Terms of Sale are DDU.

Route Shipping Protection: 

Add package protection at checkout and rest assured you’ll be covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
